Dr. Louis J. DeCaro
President
My name is Louis J. DeCaro. I am a Podiatric Physician who specializes in pediatrics with a special interest in sports medicine and biomechanics for both adults and pediatrics. On July 25th, 2014 I was installed as President of the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics (ACFAP). I am honored and humbled to hold such a prestigious position within such a great profession.
Dr. Tracey Toback

Dr. Tracey G. Toback is one of the first Board Certified Foot Surgeons in the Hudson Valley, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Foot Surgery. He has been practicing podiatry in the Hudson Valley since 1988, offering the highest level of comprehensive foot care. Dr. Toback is a published author and regularly gives guest lectures. He is continually refining his podiatric expertise by attending several educational conferences and seminars annually.
Dr. Patrick Agnew
Board Members At Large
Dr. Agnew served a Podiatric Surgical residency directed by Dr. James Ganley, who was widely considered a leading authority in pediatric podiatry. Dr. Agnew’s memberships include Medical and Professional Board of the international Ehlers-Danlos Society. He is a past president and current Board member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics. Dr. Agnew is the founder and Director Emeritus of the Eastern Virginia Medical School Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency and is an associate professor there. Dr. Agnew is the pediatrics section editor of the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Agnew is a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve, retired. He was decorated for service during Operation Desert Shield/Storm and served on active duty in the Global War on Terror and in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He is a designated Sea Bee Combat Warfare Officer.
